Our Philosophy

Our strategy is to provide our investors with stable long-term income and capital growth by diligently evaluating investment opportunities and proactively managing assets.

We recognise that all properties are different and so we tailor our investment strategies to each unique opportunity.

We establish open-ended investment Trusts with a defined strategy for each property. Our conservative debt approach, used only where it supports and improves investment returns, allows us to actively manage our leverage reflective of the status of debt markets.

As an ASIC-licenced funds manager, every Leyton Funds Investment Trust is established as a standalone investment – managed by two independent Trustees – enabling transparent decision-making in the best interests of our investors.

Our experience, network and track record enable us to assess and successfully manage the right opportunities to target outperformance in the property market.

Our Structure

In brief, investors subscribe for units in a Trust.

The registered owner of the property via an independent Trustee of the Trust.

Represents the interest of the Trust and Trust’s Unit Holders.

Delivers the investment strategy under the direction of the independent Trustee.
