LF Dry Creek Industrial Trust continues to deliver excellent outcomes for investors

We are pleased to announce that Flyte Plastics has signed a new 10‑year lease over the entire Southern Warehouse, totalling 7,702 m². This will see the business transition from the Northern Warehouse and consolidate its operations into the Southern facility, where it already occupies space.

This leasing result highlights both the strength of industrial rental markets since acquisition and our ability to negotiate tenant-aligned solutions that support resilient income and long-term value.

Importantly, our strategy provides early access to the Northern Warehouse and land, with several pathways being explored for further value creation in the near-term.
