Leyton Funds Announces Project Completion of Bedford Group Manufacturing and Industrial Property

Leyton Funds is proud to announce project completion of our manufacturing and industrial property, developed and owned in joint venture with Bedford Group, located in Salisbury Plain.

Covering an impressive 19,250m², constructed with over 6,000m³ of poured concrete and 500 tons of structural steel, this property represents more than just its physical components. It enables more opportunities for those facing employment challenges, and a chance to thrive in a significant social enterprise hub North of Adelaide.

Recently, we hosted investors on a tour through this facility. We heard from Sam Hunter, COO Social Enterprises of Bedford Group on the strategic plans to optimise the space for Bedford’s operations, and Daniel Lees and Jordan Caruso from Sagle Constructions showcasing the property’s exceptional finishes and innovative design.
