Project Update: Salisbury Plain

Our industrial joint venture with leading Australian disability employment service provider at Salisbury Plain is advancing well with construction significantly progressed and almost halfway to completion.

The property will provide Bedford Group with amanufacturing and warehousing facility for its business operations and long-term growth.

The large scale of the project is being realised with significant activity at site in the last quarter including the completion of civil engineering and site works, the positioning of the structural steel and precast panels as well as roof, wall cladding and services installation.

Upcoming building and site construction activities over the next three months will see the external cladding completed and work progress on the office building.

On completion this will be an exceptional real estate asset in a key industrial location in Adelaide’s north, owned in joint venture with our long-term tenant.
